  1. What is the minimum quantity of Plastic BizCards that I can order?

    The minimum quantity of Plastic BizCards that can be ordered with the exact same front and same back of card is 1000 cards. However if you require different sets of cards in blocks of 1000 pieces or more we will be happy to provide you with group volume discount pricing.

  2. How do I request an estimate for my Plastic Card requirements?

    Simply click Request Quote tab at the top section of our website and proceed to fill in all the required information, click submit and we will reply with a quotation for your specific requirements within 24 hours or even sooner in most cases.

  3. Why are your prices so much lower than other on-line Plastic Card printers?

    This is because as our name Plastic BizCards states, we specialize in just that and print only Plastic Cards. Therefore we print large volumes of Plastic Cards on a continuous basis and this allows us to offer great rates to you.

  4. Can you print from my supplied artwork file?

    Yes, as long as you're supplied artwork meets all the criteria / requirements of our BizCard Spec Sheet located in our Downloads tab.

  5. Can you do artwork for my new cards if I don't have my own art already?

    Yes, you will simply need to provide us with specific details of how you want your layout to look, colours to be used and supply us with any logos and or images that you want to have incorporated into your design. Than our experienced graphics design team will reply back to your request with an estimate for your artwork requirements and upon your acceptance of our artwork quote we will create a unique custom look for your new Plastic BizCards and email you an electronic proof for review and approval.

  6. What is a proof?

    An electronic PDF proof is emailed to every customer ( regardless if customer supplies art files or if we do artwork ) for review and final approval for every card order printed by us and the proof must be signed off and returned to us before we can begin production of any job. Please note that PDF proofs are generally 90-95% accurate in respect to the actual colours on your finished cards printed with our process 4 colour printing method.

  8. How long is your turnaround and from what day does turnaround period take effect?

    Production turnaround time is approximately 12-15 business days following receipt of your final signed off proof approval. Note that turnaround period will also vary depending on the different options you selected and also please be aware that shipping time is over and above our required production time indicated above.

  9. Do you ship outside of Canada?

    Yes, we have customers' thru-out Canada and the USA and we do ship to anywhere in North America normally by ground unless other specific arrangements are made at time order is placed.

  10. What method of payment do you accept?

    For payment we currently accept VISA or MasterCard and the full amount of order payment is due before we can begin designing or processing your job.

  11. What thickness are the Plastic Cards that you print?

    Our standard Plastic BizCards are printed on 30 mil Plastic Materials and then they are laminated on both sides to protect the inks and provide an attractive durable finish.
    (Same thickness, look and feel of a standard Credit Card)


  12. What is your standard card size and do your cards have rounded corners?

    Actual finished card size is 3 3/8" x 2 1/8" (3.375" x 2.125") and all our Plastic BizCards do include die cut rounded corners. ( Same size and look of a standard Credit Card )

  13. Do your prices include printing on both sides?

    YES, our regular rates do include printing on both sides of cards (4/1). This includes Full Colour on card front and black ink is included on card back.

  14. Do you offer 4/4 colour printing (full colour on both sides)?

    Full colour (4/4) printing is available on both sides of our Plastic BizCards at an additional charge.

  15. Can you personalize my cards with UPC bar codes or individually number each card or can you do a writable signature panel for our membership cards?

    YES, we do offer many different personalization options at an additional charge to make your cards truly unique and functional for your specific application.

  16. What type of printing process is used?

    We print with a state of the art Heidelberg 4 colour press in CMYK process colours.

  17. Can I see some actual printed sample Plastic Business Cards before placing an order?

    YES, if you have not yet seen an actual sample Plastic BizCard that we have previously printed we would be more than happy to mail you a few samples of our Premium Custom Plastic Business Cards for your review and consideration. To request sample cards to be mailed to you please click Request Quote and complete Request Samples section at bottom of page and we will be happy to send you a few sample cards.

  18. Can I cancel my order?

    In the event you should decide to cancel your order for whatever reason BEFORE it gets to press stage, a $100 cancelation charge will be incurred for the time and work we've put into your job getting it to this stage. However orders that have already begun production as per your proof approval cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
